The workshop of Kristina Volodina in Kiev on January 26-27 was held! HOORAY!!!
Advanced training of instructors of the Federation was at a very high level.
There were instructors from: Kiev, Zaporizhia, Mariupol, Dnieper, Odessa, Chernivtsi, Boryspil, Kherson, Novomoskovsk, Zhytomyr, Artyomovsk.
A very significant event has taken place not only for the development of our Federation, but also for a new round of development of Scandinavian walking in Ukraine!
We have not yet completed such high-quality, professional, scientifically-based training in Nordic walking.
Kristina Volodina – doctor of sports medicine and exercise therapy, graduate student of the department of sports medicine and medical rehabilitation. The teacher of physical culture and sport. He is the author of seminars on the subject of “Scandinavian walking in medical rehabilitation, sports and recreational technologies”.
Author and teacher of the program “Theory and Methods of Nordic Walking. The author of the first textbook “Basics of Nordic walking.”
